#404. Use This Formula To Break Down Annual KPIs Into Daily Action

Start by having a stretch goal and then determining the annual KPIs to hit that, and then the monthly KPIs. To get results, it requires consistency on a daily basis. So go backwards with your end cash goal and figure out the daily KPIs and track those with Salesforce that gets sent to Slack.. So every day, start with the top of the funnel KPIs like how many calls, emails, social touches, texts are you supposed to do? How many meetings should you book? On Slack, everyone sees everyone else's daily performance.
